Fence Reinforcement

Benner's 11 gauge Nylon Tension Cable is extremely strong, and comes in 1,000 spools that are lightweight and easy to work with. This material is utilized along the top of the Best Friend Fence to keep it perfectly straight .

The cable also minimizes damage from falling limbs, and helps stabilize the fence when impacted by large dogs that may attempt to jump up on the fence in an attempt to pull it down (not typical). The cable also offers increased protection from deer that may impact it from the outside (when using the 7.5' version).

A second cable can also be run approximately 3' up from the ground for even more impact resistance when utilizing the 7.5' fencing as a deer and dog fence. The cable is attached to the fence with the Stanley Hogringer.

Tension cable is used along the top of the fence for reinforcement when creating an enclosure for a large dog(s) that may try and jump up and pull down on the fence.

The cable also performs the dual roll of deflecting falling tree limbs and eliminates any "sagging" along the top edge of the fence.

The system includes 20 "gripple" in-line tighteners and 100 U-Staple for securing cable to trees.

When enclosing areas of a half-acre or more for dogs and deer, then a second "impact" reinforcement cable is recommend 3' off the ground.
