Best Friend Fence Return Policy
We at Best Friend Fence are confident that we provide the highest quality fence materials, accessories, and tools available. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will accept unused material in the original packaging within 30 days of the initial purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The condition of your shipment should be documented on your package before
it is returned to us. It is also recommended that you ship your return with a
carrier service that will provide you with tracking numbers. This will provide
you with a means of following the progress of your return and it will also
alert you as to when the return is received by our shipping department. Adherence
to these instructions will ensure that your account is credited as quickly as
possible.
Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-244-3337 to obtain a Return
Authorization Number (RMA) prior to making any returns.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks after
material is received for return payment credit processing.
